Three E’s, Easy, enjoyable and excellence! Our family has used Myrna as our real estate agent for two of our dad’s houses in the last 3 years. We all live out of state including dad, and both sales could not have been smoother or easier. Myrna took all the stress out of the procedure. We never even had to travel to Florida to do a thing! In our opinion Myrna is humble, professional and displays incredible integrity! Dad was a bit stubborn in the beginning and would not move off of full asking price and Myrna embraced his decision and backed him up. It paid off, she ended up selling it for more than asking price! The paper work was all done electronically and Myrna calmly walked us through every process as if she were a tour guide at Disney World! However, we soon learned of her expertise about our home as well as the current market in our area. Resulting in listing with her to sell. The effort put into marketing the house with professional photography as well as the written details of the listing resulted in immediate showings and 2 offers the second of which closed April 12th. 2024 ahead of the original closing date.
